FACTS ABOUT HELPING HANDS INTERNATIONAL (H2i)

Helping Hands International (H2i) is an empowerment-based- membership program, a global opportunity born out of the passion for total human capacity development and for helping the less privileged.

Helping Hands International is a love story that was birthed many many years ago in the Angels City of the Philippines.
It all began with a woman called Luzvininda MacElvis. She was a woman with a turbulent upbringing, life was tough for her until God sent her a helper. Once she was helped and become successful, she vowed to reach out the same hand of help to orphans, widows, destitutes, the poor and every one in need. The desire and passion to help others made her to start a modest foundation called Helping Hands. She began to reach out in love to all those in need. With time she began to get support from others who saw her charity work as a noble cause that should be supported.
Then came the year 2010 when Luzviminda met Dr.Ramiel Policarpio
Dr. Ramiel Policarpio is a dentist from Japan with experience in multi level marketing. He become the Co-founder of Helping Hands and along with the Founder and CEO Luzviminda they took the Helping Hands foundation to the next level for 3 years. They reach out to more people with the love of God through humanitarian services.
But Luzviminda MacElvis was not satisfied. She had a bigger dream: to take her passion for humanitarian service to every part of the world. But to do this required very huge fund. The only way to pull fund together for such huge dimension of humanitarian service, was to ask for charity donation of $40 for potential help partners across the globe. It was on the basis of this that networking dimension of helping hands International was birthed. The goal in this direction was to leverage on people to harness a global pull of fund for charity work in every part of the world but especially in less developed countries of ravaged by economic hardship such as lack, hunger, starvation, deprivation, poverty etc.
Sometimes around June 2013, Ramiel Policarpio was in Abuja for a health conference. There he met Dr. Timothy Ejiro Odeghe an Optometrist and a graduate of the University of Benin. They had useful discussion on the vision of helping hand. Series of discussion flowed between the quartet of Dr. Timothy, Dr. Ramiel and Madam Luzviminda which eventually laid the groundwork for what is today known as Helping Hands International, an NGO and a global humanitarian organizations that is committed to touching lives and empowering people. Helping Hands International was launched on the global stage with a dedicated website www.helpinghandsinternational.biz on 3rd December, 2013 with a pre- launch in Lagos, Nigeria.
To pull together a global fund for humanitarian service, this unique NGOs called Helping Hands International or H2i solicit for help partners who will make a donation of $40 for charity work and go on to recommend others to do the same for the purpose of making available more funds for humanitarian services and for doing that,

Help partners are given various incentives in the form of :

There are 5 services offered by H2i. These includes :

Helping Hands International is different from other MLM in terms of scope, orientation and vision...

ü H2i is not the conventional network marketing company where products are sold and profit is made for both shareholders and distributors. Here we don't sell product.

ü H2i is not a pyramid system with only few people at the top. In H2i the pyramid is turned upside down to allow for everyone to be at the top.

ü H2i operates a system that allows for her partners to enjoy spill over and spill under benefits which is absent among other players in the industry.

Every help partner is mandated to get at least 2 help partners who have to donate $ 40 or Tanzania sh 90,000 Kenya sh 4,000. Nigeria N6, 600, Zambia K 400, Uganda sh 140,000  and also get at least two others who will do the same with each duplicating themselves with a minimum of person's each.
There are 6 stages involved:

Stage 1(Associate Member) where one is required to build a 2x2 matrix with 6 persons to move to stage 2. The maximum earnings in stage 1 is 58 dollars.
Stage 2 (Master Member) is a 2x 5 matrix with minimum earnings of 1000 dollars and a laptop/ipad.
Stage 3 (Super master) is a 2x5 matrix with minimum earnings of 3000 dollars, a brand new Hyundai Elantra + empowerment of 2000 dollars for 2 persons recommended by you.
Stage 4 (Minister) is a 2x5 matrix with a minimum earnings of 6000 dollars, a brand new iX35 Hyundai jeep or GAC jeep, an asset and property support loan up to 12000 dollars, orphanage home empowerment etc

THIS IS HOW IT STARTED

Helping Hands International is a charity organization providing humanitarian services to the less privileged (widows, orphans, disabled), the needy and the poor in the society

H2i is an organization that was born out of care, passion, and concern for the less privilege.

It is a story of a little girl whose parents were unable to cater for, and give her the "basic" things of life. As a little girl, Mrs Luzviminda Mc Elvis suffered a lot and had to struggle for herself to survive. During this time she made a commitment in her heart that if God will help her become somebody in life she will NEVER neglect the less privileged.

One day, as she was hawking potatoes around the street in Philippines she met an American man who came to do business in Philippines. And this American asked her, "little girl why are you not in school?" she replied that she was not in school because her parents were too poor to put her in school". So the American asked if he can meet her parents?

When they met, he demanded from them to let him take their daughter with him to America and they obliged. The American adopted little Luzviminda, and took her to America and put her in school. She grew up in America and started working. After working in America for many years, she now thoughts to herself that it was time for her to fulfil her childhood dream. She left America and went back to her home country, Philippines.

On getting back to Philippines she started a Non-Governmental Charity Organization Called HELPING HANDS. Her organization started by adopting indigenous children who are out of school, and orphans. The Organization caters for them and put them in school. She started to give humanitarian support to widows, handicapped and all categories of less privileged person.

In the course of doing this, she met with a Dentist Medical Doctor, called Dr Ramiel Policarpio, who also runs an NGO that focuses on supporting the aged and elderly people. They now thought it wise that since they have a similar VISION that it will be good for them to collaborate together and create a bigger organization so they can be able to reach out and to help more people.

That was how these two guys joined their resources together and changed the name of the organization from just HELPING HANDS, TO HELPING HANDS INTERNATIONAL- (H2I)

What is the Objective of H2I?

This is a question many people might ask themselves if it their first time to hear about this Worldwide Organization; right?

Indeed, the core objective of Helping HANDS Int'l (H2i) is to help people who are less privileged. The founder was inspired to run and achieve this objective by connecting more partners so as to reach the highest possible number of less privileged worldwide. Every member is therefore regarded as Help Partner.

Since all Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) depend on donations, grants & philanthropist supports, the founder thought of changing the paradigm...This is how the idea was adopted, every member is required to donate $40 or its equivalent (depending on the person’s country under which you will register).

Helping HANDS International has developed and put in place an incredible system of Network Marketing in order to impact significantly the life of any person who decides to embrace its vision.

The job required of you is to raise funds for H2i, as a company, simply by referring two people; then teach each of them to also get his/her two people and their two also bring two. So long as that process of each person bringing their two people continues, everyone will enjoy residual income for life.

SERVICES Provided HELPING HANDS INTERNATIONAL are

1. HUMANITARIAN SERVICES:

Helping Hands International renders help and amazing services that touches and empowers lives of members and non-members (less privilege, window, motherless homes and the needy). We believe in helping people to live a better lifestyle, get out of poverty, lack and want. As an organization (NGO), we believe in our members and we like to affect lives of others through them, since they are closer to the people around them. It is required of our members to recommend people (the needy, widows, Helpless) for empowerment. By so doing, they become our help partner.

· At stage 3- Super Master, every member is required to look into their community and neighborhood and recommend two persons to the organization for life time empowerment.

· Also at Minister’s stage (Stage 4) every stage 4 member is required to look around them for any motherless home or disabled home, and communicate their contact address and contact numbers to the organization, after which Helping Hands International will visit these homes for definite touch and empower them.

2. TRADE AND SKILL ACQUISITION SERVICES

At Helping Hands International, we believe in human capital development . As a member, should you desire to acquire additional skills or learn a trade, we would make sure that you have all the resources required for the acquisition.

This is our way of helping members to get the right footing in their career, At SUPER MASTER’S stage, members who intend to acquire skill or learn a trade can communicate their intention to the organization, where to learn and which trade or skill to acquire shall be discussed and all necessary arrangement as to the successful completion of such shall be made available by Helping Hands Int’l. It is our ways of empowering people and touching lives

NOTE; Your stage 3 (super master’s) position is all you need to enjoy this service, it is your privilege as a member, it all done for you FREE of charge. Enjoy it.

3. ASSET AND PROPERTY SUPPORT SERVICES:

With this service, members can now enjoy the opportunity of owning a brand new car, or acquire properties of their choice. Whatever be your dream assets, H2i will help you to own them in an easy way. Are you finding it difficult to buy a brand new car? Or machineries, even electronics or furniture? We help you the easy way; you contribute 30% of the total cost and H2i will help you with the balance of 70% which must be paid up within 12months. An MOU of repayment plan must be signed and agreement strictly adhere to. Weekly, monthly or quarterly repayment plan is allowed, but the amount given must be fully paid up within one year.

Note; This Asset/property support service is only available to members on stage 4 – MINISTER’S stage and above. Remember NO INTEREST, NO COLLATERAL, your stage 4 and above position is what guarantee your access to this support package

5. SCHOLARSHIP AWARD SERVICES

This award aims to promote academic excellence and improve skills-base among orphans and the less privileged in our society The possibility were endless when you were growing up, one day you wanted to study abroad, the next you wanted to study in the best university in the world. Your dreams were superb, your future through the eyes of a junior scholar, that is Somewhere along the line fate stroked and you lost your sponsor or financier or maybe the reality of life kicked in as a result of your poor background and the feeling that anything was possible started to fade and your dream of a better future may seemingly be gone.

That is where helping hands international steps in to help keep your dream alive, we help you give you these scholarship from your 1^st year to when you graduate, we stand by you and see you through school.

The scholarship is offered in three categories –

Educational Fund For Members children- Unlike number two and three below, this is a fund made available for members children(two), each time a member complete the Prime Ministers stage, $2,000 is automatically paid to the member as educational fund. Scholarship for Orphans – To help support the orphanage home and the orphans therein, Helping Hands international designed this to reach out to orphans in our society. Board of Trustee members are required to visit any orphanage in their neighborhood and recommend 2 orphans yearly from different homes, this two shall be given scholarship award, It is part of our humanitarian services to the society where our members lives.

Scholarship for Religious people

In order for us to affect and touch more lives, we have decided to look into religious bodies and organizations, most especially the churches and mosques. This type of empowerment is also by recommendation from our Trustee, Trustee members are to recommend 2 less privileged yearly from any religious gathering, such people must be in need and handicapped in paying their education fees/tuition. On approval, our regional reps shall visit such church to empower their people.

Helping Hands International kwa kifupi ni (H2i) ni asasi isiyo ya kiserikali (NGO) ya kimataifa inayojihusisha na kusaidia kundi la watu wenye mahitaji maalum (kama yatima,wajane, walemavu, waishio katika mazingira magumu)

Asasi hii ilijihusisha na kuwasaidia watoto wa mitaani kurejea shule,kusomesha watoto yatima, wajane na wanaoishi katika mazingira magumu kuwasaidia kuanzisha miradi itakayowafanya wajitegemee na kuishi maisha mazuri

Akiwa anaendelea na kazi zake alikutana na Daktari Ramiel Policarpio,ambaye alikuwa ni daktari bingwa wa meno huko nchini Ufilipino. Naye alikuwa na maono yanayokaribiana sana na ya mama Luzviminda. Dr Ramiel alikuwa inajihusisha na kusaidia ,wazee na wasiojiweza katika nchi hiyo. Walipokutana wakabaini kuwa maono yao yanafanana na kwamba kwa pamoja wanaguswa na makundi yenye mahitaji maalumu hivyo waliamua kuunganisha nguvu na kuamua kueneza huduma zao nje ya Ufilipino,yaani asasi ikawa ya kimataifa, na hapa ndipo jina la asasi hii likabadilika na kuwa Helping Hands International badala ya *Helping Hands* kama ilivyokuwa awali. Wakaanza kuenea barani Asia kwa kasi sana kutokana na mguso wa huduma zao kwa jamii. Jambo hili liliwafanya wakabiliwe na changamoto za kifedha ili kuwasaidia watu wengi waliojitokeza kutokana na udhamini wa awali kuzidiwa kabisa. Katika kutafuta suluhu kwa changamoto hii waliamua kubuni na kutafuta vyanzo vya mapato ili kuinua na kuendeleza huduma hizi.

Kwa kawaida,Asasi nyingi zisizo za kiserikali (NGO) za kimataifa ama za kitaifa huendesha shughuli zake za kila siku kwa ufadhili wa makundi mbalimbali kama vile Serikali , makampuni ya kibiashara ya kimataifa, wafanyabiashara wakubwa ambao wanatoa misaada kwa jamii ( philanthropists), hivyo basi H2i yenyewe iliamua kutafuta makampuni makubwa ya kibiashara, ambayo imefanya nayo makubaliano (partnership agreement) nayo ni kampuni ya magari ya Hyundai-Korea Kusini, kampuni za computer za HP na Apple za Marekani, na kwa Nigeria ambako H2i ndio imeanzia kufungua ofisi katika bara la Africa huko kuna kampuni kama Diamond Bank,GAC Motors, Glo nk

Pia ,waliamua kubuni chanzo kingine cha mapato ambacho kinatokana na michango ya wanachama ( Help Partners) ambao wanajiunga kwa hiari yao baada ya kuguswa na matatizo ya watu waliolengwa na asasi hii na kuamua kuwa sehemu ya utekelezaji wa maono. Hivyo ikapangwa kuwa mtu yeyote anayetaka kuwa Help partner katika nchi yeyote duniani basi sharti atoe kiingilio cha (dollar) $40 ( kwa wakati huu ni sawa na sh 90,000/=) Fedha hii ikitolewa hairudishwi (non refundable).
